How long does it take you to create an invoice? In Banqup you can create an invoice in less than a minute. The key is in the preparation - a few settings, a few small adjustments and you'll never have to create an invoice manually again. So let's get started right away.
1) Enter your company data
Your most important company data is already available in Banqup thanks to the interface to the company register, but with some additional information, invoicing becomes even easier.
Complete the settings of your Banqup account:
- Contacts in your company
- Address of your company website
- Account numbers and bank details
- Your company logo, so that each invoice is created with your logo
2) Set your invoice settings
Stop wasting time manually entering a variety of invoice information. Instead, set your preferences in your Banqup platform(Settings> Initial Invoices). Here you can:
- Insert a standard comment that is visible directly above the invoice content. Add information about special offers or other important business details.
- Turn automatic numbering on or off. Set the invoice numbering logic so that Banqup inserts the invoice number into your invoice itself.
- Display additional information in the footer of your invoices. Add more information about your company, such as your contact details, opening hours, or your company's marketing text.
- Display an IBAN of your company to make your invoices even easier to pay.
- Set the default due date for your outgoing invoices so you always get paid on time.
- Select your layout. Under Settings > Layout Templates you can choose how you want your invoice to look.
Your new data will automatically appear on every invoice. But don't worry! You can always change the details on an individual invoice if necessary.
3) Include products and services in the catalog
Do you have a number of popular products and services that appear on most of your invoices? Add them to your catalog and you can then add them to your invoices with just a few clicks.
Create or import your product catalog in no time: Go to Settings > Outgoing Invoices > and click "Product Catalog" at the top, then import your existing product catalog.
4) Import your customer data
In addition to your products and services, you may also have customers to whom you regularly send invoices. Instead of entering the data anew each time, you can simply input it into your customer and supplier data. After inputting, you can easily select the customer, and their details will be added to your invoice in a matter of seconds.
You then only need to make a few small adjustments and in future you will always be able to create your invoices in seconds!
